Your medical records belong to your care — here's how to access or manage the information we hold about you.
You have the right to request a copy of your medical records at any time — this is known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). To make one, contact us in writing at info@aungierclinic.ie or by post to 1st Floor, 16 Redmond's Hill, Aungier Street, Dublin 2, D02 YK19, and we'll guide you through the process. Under GDPR we respond within one month. A fee may apply only to cover the cost of printed (paper) copies of your records.
