There's no separate sign-up before you can be seen — you register at your first appointment, on the same day as your consultation.

You complete your registration — including a short health survey — at the clinic on the same day as your consultation. Nothing needs to be done in advance.
Afterwards, with your permission, we'll request your notes from your previous GP practice. This can take some time, so please be patient.
